Consultancy Support

Sometimes managers or HR need to call on an additional resource. I can provide consultancy support on a flexible basis for short or longer term cases or projects, such as:

  • Strategic policy reviews
  • Management of sickness, ill health, disability and reasonable adjustment issues

  • Individual and collective consultation - redundancy and TUPE scenarios

By way of example, this might include supporting you to develop and implement a collective consultation process from start to finish, working with HR to plan and execute a disciplinary process or supporting a manager by chairing grievance meetings and assisting with the drafting of correspondence.
